Changing your password on your Suredesk™ desktop is simple.
1. From your SureDesk, position your mouse to the top middle of your window. You will see a Citrix menu bar appear. Click on the small keyboard icon as shown below.
It is highly recommended to change your password from the initial password assigned by SureTech.com and periodacally thereafter.
2. Select the Change Password option.
3. Type in your old password and your new password and hit Okay.
