1. Log in using your Username, Password and Domain.
2. After logging in it will ask you to download the Citrix program. Select the checkbox to agree to the Citrix license agreement and select Download.
3. Download the file, which is called DesktopReceiver.msi.
4. After the download click Run.
5. Click Yes to allow USB support.
6. Click Install.
7. After the installation is completed click Close.
8. A bar will appear at the top of the browser. You will need to right click the bar and select run program.
9. You must restart the computer for the changes to take effect. You will be given an option to restart now or later.
10. Log in again.
11. When you first log in it will ask you if you want to allow access to the local drives and if it should ask you again the next time you log in. Select Allow access and Never ask again.
